Fall Lacrosse is focused on skills development. Our 2024 season is comprised of 8 individual skills sessions. Each session will focus on a particular area of lacrosse. Players will need to register for each session individually.

Session 1: Intro to Lacrosse

Session 3: Shooting/Dodging

Session 4: Defense/Face-off

Session 5: 1v1, 2v2, 3v3

Session 6: Team Offense

Session 7: Team Defense
